In most cases, we offer totally free shipping rates within the continental United States. And for other countries and regions, we are planning to provide the discounted flat shipping rates depends on the distance and package size.

To start a return, you need to contact us at the contact us page or directly email awandeehome@gmail.com, with reasons to return and picture proof of the item. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without requesting a return will not be accepted.
